HROffice, Hunkemöller and Cammio win the International Digital Communications Award
Together with Hunkemöller and Cammio, on 29 September we received the International Digital Communications Award in Berlin. The Hunkemöller case study ‘Hire for attitude/train for skills’ is internationally recognised through this coveted award in the ‘Employer branding & Recruitment campaign’ category. The combination of a versatile recruitment system and automated video interviews left Mars and ABB Switzerland among others empty handed at the Kino International.
The combination of a versatile recruitment system and automated video interviews also picked up a prize at the annual Werf& conference on 16 June in Amersfoort. The expert jury unanimously chose Cammio and Hunkemöller as the winner of the ‘Recruitment’ category out of 50 entries.
About the Hunkemöller project
The recruitment and selection process for Hunkemöller’s ‘Hire for attitude/train for skills’ is a collaboration between recruitment system HROffice Recruitment and the Cammio automated video interview platform. Video is used to screen a large volume of candidates, without jeopardising the candidate experience or quality of the applications. In fact, the quality of the candidates only rose.
One of the outcomes was a smaller and better qualified group of candidates who were invited for interview. With the new process, 1 in 28 candidates was appointed. Of the candidates selected after the first interview, 1 in 5 was appointed. Beforehand, these numbers were 1 in 150 and 1 in 12 after the first interview. Furthermore, 80% of candidates said they felt very positive about this way of applying.
“With HROffice Recruitment and Cammio, we’ve managed to create a fantastic on-brand experience for the candidate, as well as an efficient recruitment and selection process. We succeeded in combining the best of both worlds in a single process”, comments Suzanne Jansonius of Hunkemöller.
