Culture, team building and the working atmosphere are very important to Adver-Online. This is shown with personal footage and emphasizing different key aspects on the pages. Also important; the clear structure and call-to-action buttons make it possible to apply directly to the available vacancies.
Adver-Online, of course, uses its own HROffice Recruitment software. The recruitment system is therefore linked to the works at the website. Thus, posted vacancies will be shown online immediately and applicants will be in one place. From this environment, they can be judged by one or more people.
